ISA Associate - JLL

What this job involves:

Join JLL's Capital Markets Industrial group as an ISA Associate, where you'll focus exclusively on commercial real estate sales transactions within the dynamic industrial sector. This role offers comprehensive involvement in all transaction stages while providing significant opportunities for professional growth and leadership development. You'll work in a high-energy, team-focused environment where you'll not only execute complex transactions but also mentor and train analysts in sophisticated Investment Sales Advisory (ISA) underwriting. As a key contributor to JLL's industrial capital markets platform, you'll gain exposure to institutional clients and complex transaction structures while developing specialized expertise in the industrial real estate sector and building valuable cross-selling opportunities across JLL's integrated service lines.

What your day-to-day will look like:

* Develop and execute complex financial modeling for commercial real estate transactions using market data and JLL resources to ensure accurate underwriting

* Prepare and oversee the creation of comprehensive investment advisory and financing packages for industrial properties

* Lead weekly analyst meetings to provide guidance, answer questions, and develop future talent within the team

* Utilize databases effectively to identify market trends and prepare compelling materials for client pitches and meetings

* Review and analyze real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals) to identify potential issues and concerns

* Participate actively in weekly office meetings with Producers to discuss deal flow, transaction status, and market conditions

* Support industrial capital markets team in business development and client relationship management activities

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

* 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, with commercial real estate investment sales or industrial sector experience preferred

* Proven track record of transaction execution and financial modeling expertise

* Advanced proficiency in Argus and Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling capabilities

* Excellent organizational, quantitative, and communication capabilities with ability to interface confidently with senior executives

* Self-motivated professional with exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines

* Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

* MBA degree considered a plus but not required

* Experience in industrial real estate transactions highly valued

* Industry certifications (CCIM, SIOR) beneficial but not required

* Database management experience and familiarity with CRM systems

* Experience with property research platforms and market analysis tools

* Demonstrated skill in effectively communicating complex analytical and marketing data

* Capacity to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach

Location: Onsite

Estimated compensation for this position:

85,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
