We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Insights and Analytics. In this role, you will lead the optimization of our direct distribution quoting and servicing platforms. You will leverage advanced analytics tools such as GCP, BigQuery, Python, and R to analyze user journeys, identify pain points, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve the digital customer experience. You will oversee the collection and interpretation of web usage metrics, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate with UX and product teams to implement and measure the impact of website changes. You will lead and mentor a team of analysts, guiding their work in data exploration, reporting, and strategic analysis to ensure actionable insights are delivered.
In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110. #LI-Hybrid Position Compensation Range: $125,000.00 - $214,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
