Main Responsibility: Lead and support quality system administration, product assurance, and continuous improvement activities by managing procedures, audits, and problem-solving processes, while guiding FQC/IPQC teams and ensuring compliance with customer, product, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Quality System Management Create and maintain FQC work instructions, test procedures, and support the development of SOPs. Write and update product test procedures and work instructions as required. Conduct internal product and process audits (ISO, LPA, process audits) and support regional audit programs. Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of PFMEA and Control Plans. Promote the use of continuous improvement techniques such as Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and MSA. Leadership & Team Development Manage direct reports, coordinate daily activities of FQC/IPQC technicians. Lead and support the professional development of FQC/IPQC teams. Oversee attendance/absence in HR systems (Workday, Tress). Evaluate and develop skills and competencies of technicians and engineers. Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance of measurement equipment under responsibility. New Product Introduction & Development Support Participate in cross-functional teams for new product introduction (NPI, NPD/NSD) or product changes to meet customer requirements. Support quality aspects of new projects by developing quality procedures and manufacturing instructions. Facilitate or participate in PFMEA sessions to identify high-risk designs and propose robust solutions. Product Quality Assurance Manage customer complaints (TFR, CAVs) and feedback related to product quality. Provide feedback to operations and drive reduction of customer complaints, scrap, warranty claims, and quality-related costs. Coordinate problem-solving with cross-functional teams, implementing corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes. Issue problem reports for product quality concerns and verify effectiveness of corrective actions. Support production quality by developing and updating work instructions and procedures. Verify and implement engineering changes (ECNs). Manage non-conforming machines, parts, or components. Ensure use of processes to detect and prevent assembly quality issues. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality problems quickly without compromising quality and safety standards. Track production performance after corrective actions to validate effectiveness. Identify and update control methods (Control Plans, PFMEA) for assembly processes. Integrated Management System Participation Actively participate in understanding, compliance, and execution of the company's Integrated Management System processes. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field). 3-5 years of experience in quality systems, product assurance, or manufacturing quality roles. Experience in leading audits (ISO, LPA) and managing PFMEA and Control Plans. Previous experience with customer quality management (complaints, TFRs, CAVs). Background in NPI/NPD projects within manufacturing environments. Qualifications & Skills: Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools (ISO standards, PFMEA, Control Plans, CAPA). Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, MSA). Leadership and people management skills, with experience coaching and developing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/quality management systems. English intermediate-advanced level desirable. What makes us different?
