Description

Scope of Work:

The Warranty/HST Project Manager must have extensive technical knowledge of construction equipment and service management. Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role will provide ongoing support of mission-critical service information that directly impacts warranty and HST reporting.Key areas of responsibility include overseeing the HST program with Komatsu and all the individuals assigned to the project. Deliver and maintain the needed reporting information of Service applications across both Komatsu and CMD. Manage key internal customer and external vendor relationships. This manager is tasked with maintaining and communicating all areas of the HST program with both Komatsu and CMD/CWG by creating a high-performing and efficient service environment with a continuous improvement culture.



Qualifications

Primary Job Responsibilities:



  • Manages day-to-day operation of the HST program and outside Service application software.
  • Works with internal customers and external vendors to manage project milestones.
  • Maintaining HST Smartsheet and all applicable oil sample reports to doublecheck Komatsu's data that they provide.
  • Work Hand in hand with the FC Manager as new HST FCs are produced to facilitate repairs at the Branch level.
  • Solicits continuous end-user feedback to develop action plans that will drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze existing applications effectiveness and efficiency to consistently.
  • Other duties that may be assigned by management.



Minimum Qualifications:




  • Must have 5 years' previous management experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency.
  • Knowledge of JDE and Service Pro.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry standard software applications and industry operating procedures.
