Your Job The Georgia-Pacific Naheola Mill is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Scheduler to join our team! In this critical role, you'll be responsible for coordinating the flow of rail and truck traffic in and out of the mill. As a Transportation Scheduler, you'll help ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods by managing shipment schedules, tracking deliveries, and maintaining clear communication with drivers, carriers, and internal teams. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. If you have experience in transportation scheduling or logistics and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you! This is an hourly position with a starting pay rate of $28.22 per hour. This role requires working a rotating shift schedule, alternating between day shift (6am-6pm) and night shift (6pm-6am). Our Transportation Scheduler works in a temperature-controlled, office environment. Our Team Our Naheola Mill, located in Pennington, Alabama, is a manufacturing site for the company's well-known consumer products business, producing a wide range of products for the consumer business, including Angel Soft bath tissue and Sparkle paper towels, as well as bleached paperboard used in Dixie paper cups and plates. The mill is the largest employer in the community and is engaged in supporting community outreach, workforce development and education. What You Will Do

This role is part of the collective bargaining agreement and the starting pay for this role is set at $28.22 per hour.
