Zayo is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Analysis & Data Analytics to lead data-driven financial planning and insights that power Zayo's Commercial and Go-To-Market business segments. This is a highly visible role for a strategic finance leader who blends strong financial acumen with technical expertise in analytics, automation, and business intelligence.

You'll lead a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights, develop scalable reporting infrastructure, and optimize our financial processes-driving smarter, faster decision-making across the organization. Our Senior Manager, Financial Analysis & Data Analytics will report directly to the Director of FP&A.

*Preference for candidates based in the Denver, CO metro area (hybrid, 2-3 days/week). Remote candidates within the U.S. will be considered.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts, setting priorities, mentoring, and fostering growth.

  • Design, build, and maintain dynamic financial dashboards and data models in Power BI, Tableau, and related BI tools.

  • Automate and streamline forecasting, reporting, and data workflows using Python, SQL, Dataiku, or similar tools.

  • Integrate financial data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all outputs.

  • Drive the month-end and quarter-end FP&A cycles, including financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting.

  • Develop and communicate insights that guide business decisions, partnering closely with executives and cross-functional leaders.

  • Create clear, compelling presentations that translate complex data into actionable business narratives.

  • Champion financial literacy and data-driven decision-making across teams through training and collaboration.

What You'll Bring:

Core Experience

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting, includingleadership of financial and analytical teams.

  • Proven track record of combining finance and data analytics to improve performance and inform strategy.

  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis with strong storytelling and presentation skills.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, Dataiku, or other automation and visualization tools.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, including scenario modeling and executive presentation design.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statement modeling, and recurring/subscription-based revenue models (preferred).

Estimated base pay range: $120,500 - $143,900 USD/annually

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
