Your role at Baxter

This document outlines the employment prerequisites and job responsibilities for the Flow Tech, Production position in the Manufacturing Department.

What you'll be doing

The Production Flow Line Inspector is responsible for performing several complex fluid testing processes on the Spectrum Pump to ensure product integrity. Duties of the position include but are not limited to:

  • Performing Flow Rate Accuracy simultaneously on multiple devices
  • Performing Flow Rate Error
  • Performing ITP 35700
  • Recording results of the fluid testing without error to meet increasing and changing compliance standards.
  • Programming the pump
  • Identification of error codes and escalation management for repeated errors.
  • Understand and apply testing to version of the medical device
  • Maintaining equipment
  • Communicating concerns immediately to Repair Cell Leader

What you'll bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
  • Successful completion of 4-6 week training.
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Knowledge and working application of standard operating procedures
  • Ability to transfer data without error
  • Ability to work on their feet for extended hours
  • Must have legible hand writing skills.
  • Good time management skills

  • Ability to work on their feet for extended hours

  • Physical Requirements: Dynamic Lifting capability: Must have the ability to lift and carry to 15 pounds. Must also have the capability to push and pull a maximum force of 5 pounds.
