The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary Columbia University School of Nursing is seeking to hire a Variable Hours Officer (VHO) Research Coordinator to support several NIH-funded projects focused on primary care, the healthcare workforce, and care and outcomes of older adults with chronic diseases, including dementia. The Research Associate will report directly to the Principal Investigator and work with other researchers to achieve key research tasks. The candidate will work closely with the team to conduct data collection and other research-related tasks, including literature reviews and preparing grants, manuscripts, and presentations. There is a possibility for additional hours depending on project needs; however, a VHO should average less than 20 hours a week.
