The Role: The Technical Accounting Manager will conduct accounting research to review and provide technical accounting support to cross-functional team members on unique and complex transactions for appropriate GAAP treatment. This role will be also responsible for maintaining the Company's accounting policy manual along with other related procedural and policy manuals and will lead the Company's efforts on the adoption and implementation of new accounting pronouncements. The Technical Accounting Manager will partner with the external reporting team to ensure that required disclosures are complete and accurate in the Company's publicly filed financial statements with the SEC (Form 10-Qs and Form 10-Ks). This role will partner extensively with multiple areas of the business including external reporting, corporate accounting, FP&A, and tax. Responsibilities:

Bachelors of Accounting (required)
Experience
CPA (preferred)
2 - 3 years: Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting (required) 5 years: Experience in a "Big 4" public accounting firm and/or a public company environment (preferred) Licenses & Certifications
RI Lottery License Ops (preferred)
