You'll be at the forefront of crafting captivating content that builds vibrant communities and drives cultural relevance, making a tangible impact on brand perception and connection.

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for storytelling and social media? We are looking for a visionary to help shape the voice of beloved brands through bold, trend-setting content. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, possesses a sharp eye for design and video editing, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be responsible for producing engaging, platform-native content, while also supporting the sourcing of diverse content streams. Your work will directly influence how consumers experience and engage with our brands, helping to build community and drive cultural relevance. You will be creating social media content, but also starring in some of the videos and social posts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling, platform-native content designed to capture attention across major social media channels.
  • Produce original videos, capture high-quality photography, and design static graphics, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and current trends.
  • Actively participate in on-camera content creation, showcasing your authentic presence.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure content strategies align with overall brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of emerging social trends, platform updates, and new content formats to continuously inform and evolve content strategy.
  • Engage in all stages of content creation, from initial ideation and concept development to final execution and deployment.
  • Regularly review performance data to assess content effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Discover, source, and manage content from various pools, including user-generated, employee-generated, and partner-produced assets.
  • Support the creative briefing, development, and production processes for externally sourced content.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media content creation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design, videography, photography, and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing standout social content and creative impact is required.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools is essential, with a preference for experience with Sprinklr.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, capable of crafting engaging narratives.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field is preferred.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience in community management or an agency background.
  • Prior experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • A visible personal social media presence (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
