*Description* As a Data Center Technician you serve as one of many primary resolvers for your support team skilled at troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. You support and share knowledge of these technologies with team members. You possess basic to intermediate system administration skills and work autonomously to resolve server issues. You understand all aspects of the equipment you support. You know how to take direction when given paying attention to all details involved. You work well with a team. You are receptive to feedback and able to adjust performance and behavior as required for the position. *Key Responsibilities* Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of server hardware and networking equipment Execute routine hardware installations, upgrades, and decommissioning tasks Monitor and respond to system alerts and escalate issues as needed Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and inventory used Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence *Skills* hardware, rack and stack, cable, data center, troubleshooting, support *Top Skills Details* hardware, rack and stack, cable, data center, troubleshooting *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Customer Obsession: Prioritize uptime and reliability to support cloud customers worldwide Bias for Action: Respond quickly to alerts and issues to minimize downtime Earn Trust: Communicate clearly and follow through on commitments Dive Deep: Investigate root causes of hardware failures and suggest improvements Learn and Be Curious: Continuously seek knowledge about new technologies and cloud systems *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
