WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Labor Relations Specialist, USA-CA-PR in the HR function, your main focus will be to navigate the complex and ever-evolving landscape of employment law and labor relations. You focus on the day-to-day operational aspects of labor relations within Sales Market USA-CA-PR, including Logistics. You act as a speaking partner for local Union dialogue and/or works council. Equip HR Business Line and Business Leaders with the appropriate training, tools, and access to relevant information to be proactive in managing risk and People Relation related topics/cases. This hybrid role reports into our Labor Relations Counsel and is based out of the New York or New Jersey Support Office. Compensation: salary range is $ 98,957 - $ 111,326 annually** *This job posting highlights the most critical responsibilities and requirements of the job and is not all-inclusive.
