What You'll Do * Work directly with top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership * Receive hands-on coaching in real-world sales strategies * Engage with warm leads from multiple referral sources-no cold calling * Master our CRM and loan origination systems * Deliver exceptional service to clients and referral partners * Participate in team sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives * Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment that rewards effort and results Who You Are * No mortgage experience? No problem-we'll train you! * Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, military, or commission-based roles * Background in hospitality, retail, athletics, or service industries is a plus * Outgoing, confident, and naturally great with people * Strong communicator-on the phone, in writing, and in person * Motivated by performance, growth, and financial success * A self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems * Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented * You don't just want a job-you want to win Skills You'll Use and Build * Sales strategy and execution * Inside sales and CRM proficiency * Loan origination and financial product knowledge * Communication and relationship-building Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30576.00 - $30576.00/yr.
