Job Title: Entry-Level Loan Officer Location: Scottsdale, AZ About the Role: We're seeking motivated, competitive, and coachable individuals to join our team as Loan Officers. In this role, you'll help individuals and businesses apply for and obtain loans, guiding them through the approval process while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You'll train under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and loan origination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the mortgage industry-no prior mortgage experience required. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership * Learn and apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching * Take and make calls from warm leads from multiple referral and lead sources * Master our CRM and loan origination systems * Deliver top-tier customer service to clients and referral partners * Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives * Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards effort and results Ideal Candidate Profile: * No mortgage background* required* - we provide full training * Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience * Background in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or athletics is a plus * Outgoing, competitive, and naturally good with people * Strong communicator (phone, written, and in-person) * Motivated by money, growth, and performance * Thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments * Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding after training * Organized, proactive, and a problem-solver * Wants to win, not just work Skills & Qualifications: Required Skills: * Sales and inside sales experience * Understanding of the sales process * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills: * CRM and loan origination system familiarity (training provided) * Customer service excellence * Competitive mindset and goal-oriented attitude Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30576.00 - $30576.00/yr.
