Location: Denver, Hybrid based position

The Clinical Transformation team is a multi-disciplinary group comprised of management consulting, public health, and clinical experience. We are focused on developing and scaling interventions aimed at reducing ESKD hospitalization rates. We are seeking an Analyst, Clinical Transformation to own and lead key analyses, and collaborate on the execution of high impact initiatives across the hospitalization space.

This role is ideally suited to a quantitatively-oriented, strategic thinker who is passionate about working with others to keep patients healthier and out of the hospital.

* Quantitative analysis and strategic thinking:

  • Analyzes large datasets to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations
  • Can synthesize multiple data points / findings and pull out implications
  • Applies critical thinking; is able to sense check output and problem solve around barriers

* Strong organizational skills:

  • Creates and manages individual work plans
  • Ensures timelines are met
  • Considers and proactively plans around potential roadblocks

* Written & Oral Communication:

  • Uses answer-first communication focused on key takeaways / insights
  • Written and verbal communication is clear, succinct and easy to follow

* Collaborative Problem Solving:

  • Shows intellectual curiosity and willingness to question 'why' or 'how can we do this better?'
  • Develops understanding of how work fits into the bigger picture

* Brings a growth mindset

  • Leans into learning and professional growth; is not afraid to quickly acquire knowledge on a variety of clinical topics and learn new analytical tools / methodologies

* Travel: Up to 20% travel may be required at times; though typical travel is 5-10%

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analytics and Strategic Synthesis:

  • Analyzes large datasets to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations

  • Utilizes analytical approaches or frameworks, and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six-Sigma) when appropriate

* Clinical Expertise

  • Builds deep understanding of clinical processes associated with dialysis; observes operations to incorporate 'real-world' considerations into work

  • Learns physiological context that informs 'why' or 'how' an intervention may impact patient health outcomes

  • Collaborative Problem Solving:

  • Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities

  • Shows intellectual curiosity and willingness to question 'why' or 'how can we do this better?'

  • Develops understanding of how work fits into the bigger picture

* Written & Oral Communication:

  • Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis

* Project management:

  • Creates and manages individual work plan and contributes to overall project plan

* Travel: Up to 20% travel may be required at times; though typical travel is 5-10%

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 0-4 years of total work experience
  • Quantitatively experienced and mathematically inclined
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
  • Experience with large-scale business transformations with tangible impact on operating/financial performance preferred
  • Evidence of strong partnership ability preferred

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $76,000.00/year.
