Job Description WHAT IS THIS OPPORTUNITY? RBC's Office of the US CIO is responsible for the oversight of all technology supporting the firm's Combined US Operations (CUSO). The CUSO includes Capital Markets, Wealth Management, City National Bank, RBC Bank (US), Global Asset Management, and Functions within the US. This unique role combining business analysis and program/project management is accountable to the US CIO for the definition, requirements, delivery of the US CIO Technology Programs. This hands-on role is responsible for directly contributing to project functional/technical/quality analysis and owning the management, spend, and delivery of technology projects supporting cross-LOB technical, regulatory and business-driven initiatives. Finally, this role is responsible for ensuring consistency of execution assurance across technology projects supporting the CUSO, in terms of enterprise standards, regulatory alignment, governance, risk management, and value realization. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
