What You'll Do
  • Plan and direct financial reporting to the SEC and the Company's lenders
  • Prepare SEC filings, primarily Annual Reports on Form 10-K and interim reports on Form 10-Q as well as the related XBRL reporting requirements for these filings
  • Prepare footnote disclosures, in accordance with U.S. GAAP, to support quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Complete monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to lenders in accordance with credit agreement, including debt covenant compliance and reporting
  • Primary resource for all technical accounting and corporate policy matters
  • Manage the external audit process, including: SAS 100 reviews and year-end audit by independent public accounting firm, statutory audits for certain of the Company's global subsidiaries and 401k audits
What You'll Need
  • 10-12 years of relevant technical accounting and SEC reporting experience; Big 4 preferred
  • A thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, and capability of applying both in a practical manner
  • A working knowledge of XBRL tagging requirements and activities
  • CPA required
Your Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Master's degree preferred
