Description The VP, Residential Lending & Secondary Market Sales is responsible for the management, and oversight of the Residential Mortgage Department, which includes residential mortgage and consumer loan compliance, processing, underwriting, and closing. In this strategic leadership role, this position will guide the full mortgage lifecycle, ensure operational excellence and maintain the Bank's strong regulatory and investor relationships. This position will be a key contributor to quality assurance and continuous improvement across the department. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Requirements Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 7 years of experience in residential & consumer lending, origination, operations, servicing, and portfolio management in a banking environment. Knowledge and Skill Requirements Excellent verbal and written communications skills, along with analytical and organizational skills, customer service experience, ability to work independently and as a team. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience using Encompass LOS, LaserPro, and CSI/NuPoint preferred. Physical Requirements
