 The Gist The Customer Service Manager will be charged to support the customer value transformation journey at Lagunitas. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading company order to cash process and enabling execution of Lagunitas company revenue stream. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for distributors and will enable order management, planning, & execution of supply to the market. What You'll Do 
 
  
 Lead the Customer Value team in Lagunitas. Lead development plans and provide regular feedback.Ensure execution of order management through full order horizon (tactical + strategic).Evaluate stock imbalances and decide corrective measure in accordance with key stakeholders.Effectively manage order portal, stock allocations, & master data maintenance. Ensure effective communication with transformation team members, stakeholders, and senior management.Lead deployment of national Service Levels and propose corrective actions.Identify market stock gaps and lead demand order suggestions to protect the consumer shelf.
 
  
 Promote and pursue development and implementation of best practices and effective processes for U.S. Customer Supply Chain.Unlock the potential of customer data sources to provide key insights to shape the goals of the Coast-to-Coast transformation.
 
  
 Drive continuous improvement to identify and eliminate loss and waste within supply chain.Research and negotiate claims and deductions with Distributors.Assist in data collection and analysis for Cost to Serve Reporting.Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver changes to customer service levels.
 
 
 What We're Lookin' For 
 
  
 Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, Logistics or other relevant subjectMin 5+ years' experience in Operations / Supply ChainExtensive knowledge of logistics, planning, inventory management, and supply chain management principles & beset practices
 
  
 Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levelsStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications 
 
  
 CPG / Adult Beverage Industry experienceFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite of ToolsExperience with SAP
