As a Security Guard - Access Control Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct regular patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents within a commercial real estate location. You will interact with tenants and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and strong communication while supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying identification and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Assist with customer service by answering questions, providing directions, and assisting individuals entering or leaving the premises.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct both regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any security-related concerns.
• Document and report any suspicious activity, security-related incidents, or violations of site policies to the appropriate personnel at Allied Universal and/or site management.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuation procedures when necessary.
• Maintain thorough and accurate logs of all access control activities and security-related events during each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
