As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial business premises and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents in a timely manner, following Allied Universal guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and emergency responders when needed to address incidents and/or emergencies.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries and directions as part of customer service at the location.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report maintenance hazards encountered during patrols to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
