Job Description: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Mitel Voice Engineer with our client located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 6-month contract position. This role is 100% remote. Compensation: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Project Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Mitel Voice Engineer to join the Unified Communications & Collaboration team. This role will play a key part in the organization's Mitel Voice migration, upgrade, and ongoing support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Mitel systems in a large enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Configure, deploy, and support Mitel phones across multiple sites Install and configure Mitel Ignite Call Center software Perform system changes and updates as tickets are received Troubleshoot voice issues, including call routing, hunt groups, and voicemail functionality Manage and support the Mitel Voice Mail Server and perform E911 testing Assign and manage phone numbers and user extensions Configure Microsoft Teams soft phones and integrate with Mitel systems Support daily operations by diagnosing and resolving system issues promptly Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal client staff Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mitel-certified telephone engineer Participated in two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6) months as a Mitel professional Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills in enterprise telephony environments Preferred Certifications & Skills Mitel Ignite Call Center Certification Certification and hands-on experience with the following: MiVoice Business Platform MiCollab Platform MiVoice Border Gateway NuPoint Voice Mail Server Experience with Interactive Call Recording and reporting tools Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Voice integration If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
