Peraton is seeking a Subcontracts Manager to oversee all aspects of subcontract administration, negotiation, and performance management in support of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). In this role, you will lead a team of subcontract professionals responsible for managing key suppliers and ensuring compliance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and internal policies. You will provide strategic leadership in subcontract planning, cost management, and risk mitigation to support FAA modernization initiatives and mission-critical operations. In this position, you will:
Lead and manage all phases of the subcontract lifecycle, including solicitation, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout. Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
