The Opportunity

The Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SOE) organization is the established engine that runs Adobe's Enterprise Field organization, enabling predictable revenue growth and maximizing sales team productivity. This is a global team of over 500 professionals across critical areas including go-to-market (GTM) strategy, sales operations, enablement, compensation, and systems management.

We are seeking a strategic, results-drivenSales Transformation and Business Operations leaderto join our Global Sales Operations team. This high-impact role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, leading cross-functional transformation initiatives, and enabling scalable growth across our global sales organization. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to design and execute programs that improve productivity, streamline processes, and align with our go-to-market strategy. This is a high-visibility role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and change leadership.

What you'll do

  • Strategic Program Leadership:Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives that enhance sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment:Partner with key stakeholders across functions to ensure seamless execution of programs critical to sales success.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and deliver actionable insights that measure and drive program outcomes.

  • Change Management:Develop and implement change management strategies in partnership with the Field Enablement team to ensure successful adoption of new tools, processes, and programs across global teams.

  • Business Operations Leadership:Oversee core business operations for the Sales Strategy, Operations, and Enablement team, including organizational planning, budget oversight, prioritization, and process optimization.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:Act as a trusted advisor to senior sales and business leaders, ensuring alignment between operational initiatives and strategic priorities.

  • Program Visibility & Accountability: Maintain a comprehensive view of strategic and tactical initiatives, ensuring timely issue resolution and clear accountability across teams.

  • Team Leadership:Lead and mentor teams both directly and indirectly, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Champion program management best practices, decision-making, alignment, and change leadership capabilities across the organization.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 15+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Sales Operations, preferably in a global B2B tech or SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs with measurable business impact.

  • Deep understanding of sales processes, go-to-market strategies, and operational best practices.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives

  • Creative problem solver with a bias for action

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $172,000 -- $389,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
