What to Expect
We are looking for an experienced Content Manager to support the development, distribution, and optimization of digital content for Tesla's B2B Industrial Energy products. You will be a member of the Industrial Energy Growth & Content team, and you will support cross-functional projects that elevate Tesla's industrial energy brand and drive awareness and adoption of our energy products. The Growth & Content team is responsible for crafting product and brand narratives and delivering them to external stakeholders including customers, regulators, and policymakers-from product launches and factory storytelling to global brand strategy, content, and communications. We're looking for a driven and creative content manager with a passion for renewable energy to help us bring Tesla' Industrial Energy story to life.
What You'll Do
- Develop compelling, accessible content for Megapack across Tesla's digital channels - web pages, blog, email, interactive tools and social channels
- Partner with content, product, design, sales and engineering teams to translate technical information into accessible, inspiring digital narratives
- Plan and manage web updates, case studies, and media assets that highlight customer deployments and project impact
- Optimize content for engagement and performance and tailor content and campaigns to address the needs of diverse audiences including energy professionals, customers, policymakers, and the general public
- Develop and distribute internal communications including quarterly newsletters, product updates, and business highlights
- Maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity across digital platforms
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, sales, and engineering teams, as well as senior leadership, to align content with business strategy
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: digital content marketing, product marketing, communications, or email marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a track record of producing high-quality digital content
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into engaging narratives for a broad range of audiences
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and the ability to take initiative and create structure in ambiguous situations
- A data-driven mindset with deep understanding of digital analytics
- Passion for storytelling, clean energy, and the Tesla mission - experience in the energy sector is a plus
- Proficiency with tools like CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or Webflow), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker), and project management systems (e.g., Asana, Jira)

Expected Compensation
$108,000 - $192,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
