As a Senior Server Administrator at Epicor, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure, with a strong focus on identity management, Microsoft 365 administration, virtualization, and security. You'll be hands-on supporting both customer and internal applications. What You Will Be Doing: Administer and maintain identity and access management systems including Azure AD, MFA, and single sign-on Manage Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, and Office suite Support virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V Participate in on-call rotation and respond to infrastructure incidents Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Austin, Irvine, and remote locations Contribute to security and compliance efforts including SOX and audit reporting Support upcoming projects such as VMware to Hyper-V migration and ServiceNow automation Document processes and share knowledge across the team What You Will Likely Bring: Proven experience with identity management (authentication, SSO, MFA, Azure AD) Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills (Teams, OneDrive, Office suite) Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) Hands-on experience with physical infrastructure (servers, storage, networking) Powershell scripting capabilities Understanding of IAM concepts and best practices What Could Set You Apart: Azure certification (e.g., AZ-104) Experience with automation tools (Python scripting, ServiceNow) Teams administration in a multi-geo enterprise environment Exposure to hybrid environments including on-prem Active Directory Familiarity with Nutanix AHV #LI-MB2 #LI-HYBRID About Epicor At Epicor, we're truly a team.
