Location: Sussex, WI
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM

Are you mechanically inclined and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Converting Setup Technician - Tier One to help keep our production running smoothly and efficiently. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow your career, we want to hear from you!

• Start up and set up all converting machines
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and escalate when needed
• Operate roll lifts, hoists, and electric pallet jacks
• Monitor gas tank levels and ensure machines are stocked with correct materials
• Perform quality checks and run production when machines are operating smoothly
• Support fellow technicians and operators to minimize downtime

• LOTO and electric pallet jack certified
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs unassisted
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work overtime
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of setup technician experience
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude and process control experience
