Key Responsibilities



  • Tracking inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Perform regular physical counts and audits to verify accuracy between physical stock and system records.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all inventory, including purchase orders, receipts, and shipping information


Inventory Monitoring


Production Control/Planning



  • Collaborate with production management team to organize production scheduling and prioritize based on open orders
  • Kitting parts, packaging, and organizing jobs with proper materials to send out to the production floor.
  • Understanding lead-time at each step of production to meet deadlines and production targets.
  • Track production progress and resolve bottlenecks during production processing


Shipping/Receiving



  • Manage the preparation and coordination of shipments, including loading and packaging tasks.
  • Accuracy in counting and confirming proper items/parts to be shipped
  • Arranging pick-ups and deliveries
  • Monitoring the status of shipments and updating customers accordingly.
  • Organization of documents, purchase receipts and invoices
  • Communicating with delivery drivers regarding package delivery, sign offs and pick up logistics
  • Ability to lift and carry 25+ lbs short distances

Requirements

Essential Skills:



  • Strong organizational skills- maintaining orderly and efficient inventory and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills - collaborating with other teams and reporting issue/delays in a timely manner
  • Problem-Solving - addressing discrepancies and logistical issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 softwares (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Pay Range:


The pay range on this posting applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location posted, the applicable range could differ. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.



Other Compensation: Employees in this role are eligible for additional rewards which could include:



  • Annual Discretionary Bonus or Sales Bonus as Applicable
  • Equity awards as applicable (include for positions that are equity eligible)
