We're looking for an experienced Die Shop Technician to play a vital role in supporting extrusion operations - where innovation and craftsmanship come together.

Available Shifts:

Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Monday-Wednesday | 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM; Thursday | 6:30 PM - 12:30 AM

Pay Rate: $19.50 - $23.00/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Deliver and return extrusion dies, bolsters, and manufacturing orders to extrusion press work centers.
  • Safely manage and operate caustic systems (sodium hydroxide) to remove aluminum from used dies.
  • Maintain, clean, and inspect die tooling and related equipment to ensure production quality.
  • Use hoists, pallet lifts, and hydraulic carts to transport dies and materials safely.
  • Keep die reporting systems updated daily for smooth production flow.
  • Maintain an organized, safety-focused work area and support team goals.




What We're Looking For:



  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience required.
  • 5 years of die shop experience and knowledge of the extrusion process is required.
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for the duration of your shift.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and reliable.
  • Comfortable working with industrial tools and equipment such as deburring machines, saws, hoists, and inspection instruments.
