At Capital Group, our Global Communications team connects associates to our purpose, our Long-term Strategic Plan, and each other. We're hiring a Senior Event Experience Strategist to elevate internal event experiences and champion experiential storytelling that power this connection.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping Capital Group's reputation and engagement across audiences worldwide. You'll drive creative strategies and deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content across multiple channels, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in every project.

Your creative and experiential vision will help advance Capital Group's mission, while your expertise in multimedia, event production, and integrated communications ensures impactful and innovative outcomes.

  • You'll lead the development and execution of communication strategies, manage complex projects, and foster strong stakeholder relationships through trust, flexibility, and empathy.

  • You have demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative strategies across diverse channels.

  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront).

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • You have experience managing and collaborating on complex projects and delivering high-quality, brand-aligned content.

  • You have proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • You have initiative, problem-solving skills, and work well in dynamic, ambiguous environments.

  • You have a bachelor's degree.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $108,135-$173,016

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
