We are searching for a Project Analyst, Junior to support PMA-261 in Patuxent River, Maryland.

The Project Analyst will primarily provide operational support for the execution of travel orders and vouchers in the Defense Travel System (DTS). Additionally, the Project Analyst will provide support by performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting minutes as well as action items. The Project Analyst will support the Deputy Program Managers with setting up meetings, administrative duties, briefings, and open projects as required.

Duties:



  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications
  • Coordinating and executing travel documentation in DTS
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications
  • Maintaining and coordinating calendars and meetings in support of the DPM's
  • Coordinate/schedule/facilitate meetings
  • Meeting Minutes/Action Items
  • Distribute briefs and files for meetings, as requested
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook and Word, and familiarity with PowerPoint, excel and Teams.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Good interpersonal skills



Required Education:

BA/BS degree

Allowable substitution:

Associate's degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties

described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a

Bachelor's Degree.

OR

Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the

functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's

Degree.

Required Experience:

Less than 3 (three) years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional and Job description.

Desired Experience: At least 1 (one) year of experience in an operational discipline. At least 1 (one) year of experience utilizing the Defense Travel System.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $36,632.19 to $59,448.28 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
