Summary: As the VP of Enterprise Data Strategy, you will be a strategic leader responsible for transforming data into a core business asset that drives competitive advantage. You will champion the evolution of Belden's data culture, strategy, and capabilities, moving beyond traditional data management to a modern, agile, and value-oriented approach. Reporting to the VP of Digital Strategy and Transformation, you will architect a future-state data ecosystem, fostering a "data-as-a-product" mindset and enabling advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven business outcomes. Responsibilities:
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $180,000 - $267,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
