Earn up at $17.87/hour


Shift: on-site Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.



Position details:


This position serves as the Administrative Assistant and receptionist for our Sturbridge office location in Harrisburg, PA and is responsible for day-to-day administrative duties. The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for completing and maintaining program license renewals. Duties include:



  • License renewal preparation for Adult Behavioral Health and Children & Family Services
  • Oversight of administrative functions with regard to HCSIS
  • Answer and direct calls received on the Crums Mill main number
  • Communicate phone issues and special needs to the Communications Department
  • Monitor building access for guests and staff entering without a key fob
  • Daily distribution of incoming mail, post outgoing mail
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality as it relates to administrative documentation
  • Oversight of ordering supplies for Crums Mill office, including on-site janitorial supplies, building coffee supplies, shred bins
