What you'll do:

• Responsible for partnering with Marketing and Product teams to develop messaging and servicing offering platforms that will drive success in your region. Develop and execute a regional industry plan (e.g. conferences, events, associations, ad placements, thought leadership pieces) to help expand brand awareness and additional sources of new business.
• Support the broader BES management team by being the voice of the client and the broader marketplace. Participate in business strategy sessions and work actively with BES teammates to brainstorm out-of-the box market disruption ideas.
• Report and track activity in corporate CRM tool.
• May lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of related experience in Lending and/or Deposit Sales or similar field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheets and data mining and gathering, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• Occasional travel required.
