- The client needs a Web Localization Manager to own the end-to-end localization process for our global web experiences.
- This role ensures every visitor, regardless of region or language, experiences a site that feels native, compliant, and high quality.
- This person will drive localization strategy, execution, and quality control-from identifying what needs translation, to managing implementation with design and engineering teams, to maintaining ongoing quality and consistency across all global web experiences.
- Own the full localization lifecycle for web pages and digital experiences-from scoping and prioritization through delivery.
- Identify translation needs across new and existing pages, ensuring all content aligns to regional and language-specific requirements.
- Partner with regional teams to understand and implement local design, legal, and compliance needs.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, and Content teams to submit localization work, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Translate and manage content through our localization platforms and applications.
- Implement rigorous quality checks with our localization team to ensure translation accuracy, tone, and consistency.
- Lead internal QA for localized pages before launch, ensuring design integrity, functionality, and copy quality.
- Develop and execute a media localization strategy, including translation and adaptation of images and videos for regional audiences.
- Act as the central liaison to Eva's team, ensuring proactive planning and alignment on global content needs and timelines.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with web localization, international marketing, or global content operations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Content, Legal).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with project management
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience with Contentful
- Experience localizing multimedia content (images, videos).
- Strong project management skills with a track record of driving complex localization projects end-to-end.
- Detail-oriented, QA-first mindset-committed to accuracy, usability, and brand consistency across markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
