Posting Date 10/29/2025 2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of AmericaThe Director is accountable for the strategic decisions and support for the Windows Servers, Active Directory, Citrix, and VMware environments. The Senior Manager provides strategic direction for Enterprise initiatives, and maintains a culture of operational excellence throughout the Infrastructure Services Team. The Senior Manager addresses high priority problems, escalations, and maintains timely and accurate communication to senior management around key incidents and objectives. The Senior Manager drives a culture of continuous improvement in the environment through the development of effective KPIs and Service level agreements and ensuring that these are communicated effectively. The Senior Manager inspires and supports effective collaboration, communication and teamwork between other DaVita infrastructure and operations teams including the development and effective deployment of Infrastructure Services solutions, standard procedures, and best practices in line with the overall vision of the company.
