At DaVita, "homerooms" are used as a team forum to discuss topics that are related to daily operations, team building, professional development and teammate well-being, and "safety huddles" are used to assess clinics to ensure that no safety hazards are present and emergency exits are clear. As the Project Coordinator, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to manage the entire homeroom and safety huddle process, including collecting and governing a library of topics, creating resources and drafting content to support said topics, obtaining necessary approvals, and managing the software application where the system is hosted. This role supports information sharing related to initiatives that are directly connected to our multi-year objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Special Projects team: Including managing processes, driving the communication topics and safety content process.
  • Collaborate with Internal Partners: Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of software applications.
  • Communication: Collaborate with DaVita's internal communications team to draft and edit impactful, succinct content to support topics and processes. Develop, improve and maintain steering committee functionality for review of communication homeroom and safety topics.
  • Software Support and Improvement: Assist in the development, enhancement and maintenance of software applications that support communication and patient safety.
  • Safety: Assist in creating and cultivating safety communications, lessons, and guidance for field teammates.

The Salary Range for the role is $56,500.00 - $83,000.00/year.
