Chief of Staff

STS Technical Services is hiring a Chief of Staff in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief of Staff to join its leadership team. This role acts as a key advisor and operational partner to the executive team, driving alignment, managing priorities, and ensuring key initiatives are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can translate vision into execution, and excels at managing cross-functional collaboration.

• Align the leadership team on corporate strategy, goals, and key performance metrics
  
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
  
• Prepare executive communications, board presentations, and strategic briefings
  
• Monitor progress of key initiatives and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables
  
• Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, and decision-making frameworks
  
• Manage the executive team's bandwidth by filtering requests and prioritizing focus areas
  
• Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, business units, and corporate functions
  
• Identify organizational risks, operational gaps, and areas for process improvement
  
• Support M&A integration activities, operational reviews, and efficiency projects
  
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive corporate information with discretion
  

• 10-20 years of experience successfully leading cross-functional teams
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead directors and managers through operational strategy execution
  
• Experience developing and managing budgets, programs, and performance metrics
  
• Proven success in building partnerships with corporate, community, and civic stakeholders
  
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of diplomacy
  
• Experience in conflict resolution, coaching, and group facilitation
  
• Leadership presence and negotiation skills with a focus on driving results
