| Commercial Enablement Leader We are looking for a Director, Commercial Excellence to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be a key partner to the Global Commercial leader, driving the effective operations and management of the Commercial operating system.This will be inclusive of integrating strategy deployment with daily management, definition of KPIs and dashboards, coordination of annual planning processes, and oversight of special projects and problem-solving efforts.This person will function as a member of the Commercial Leadership team and will have a central role engaging all leaders on the team to drive the most effective operating environment. This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.Responsibilities 
     Drive effective and efficient management of the Commercial team, by integrating strategy deployment with daily management mechanisms of KPIs, dashboards and consistent forumsServe as a thought partner to the Commercial leader in defining, communicating, and executing the organization's strategy and prioritiesSupport the organization in ensuring the development of RCA and action plans that arise during daily managementPartner with GBS (Gore Business System - a systemic approach for driving performance improvement daily across the Enterprise) to identify where additional expertise and support may be neededMaintain a systemic view across the Commercial Leadership Team to identify opportunities for improvement in our ways of working and lead cross functional efforts to address theseAct as a proxy for the Global Commercial leader in meetings and communications, ensuring consistent messaging and timely follow-upPartner with leaders to identify, create, and implement systemiccountermeasures within their teams that enable achievement of key business objectivesEngage with Finance, Product Governance and Product Leader to drive alignment of planning (road-mapping, annual planning, forecasting, outlook etc.) activities with broader Gore Medical calendars and methods Work with the organizational leader to continually monitor the health of the organizations operating system Plan, organize, and ensure that operational reviews, leadership team meetings, escalations and other necessary forums are in place and effective for the organization Required Qualifications 
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in commercial strategy, strategic marketing, sales enablement, or business transformation, preferably in medical devices, life sciences, or healthcareDeep knowledge of go-to-market models, pricing strategy, account management, and digital engagementDemonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an in inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practicesExcellent analytical, financial modelling, project management and presentation skillsExpert at strategically integrating management processes into ways of working to derive value and ensure business outcomesUnderstanding of foundational Lean tools, including but not limited to: Visual Management, Daily Management, Transactional Process Improvement, Standard Work/Leader Standard Work, Problem Solving, 6S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 8 wastes, Gemba walks, etc.Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to transparently communicate, relate to people at all levels of the organization, influence and develop followership cross-functionallyRecord of productively navigating conflict and tension to inspire teams and peersAbility and willingness to travel up to 15%Desired Qualifications 
    Strong global mindset with cultural agility and experience navigating diverse regional needsProven success in developing and executing global commercial strategies in a matrixed organizationAbility to influence without authority and lead through change and ambiguity This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed.
