 Overview NaphCare is seeking to hire a motivated and inspiring Health Services Administrator (HSA) to join our team of medical professionals in the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas, NV. Pay rates range from $58.50- $61.75 per hour based on type of license, certification, shift, site needs, licensure, and experience. The Health Services Administrator (HSA) leads our medical and mental health teams to ensure our patients in residence receive quality care that protects their rights, dignity and health. As the HSA, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive culture and work environment, setting clear expectations and direction for our staff, communicating practice changes, recruiting, coaching, and developing others. As the leader, you will advocate for nursing needs, offer support and work collaboratively with staff to provide necessary healthcare and treatment services for our patients. Responsibilities The Health Services Administrator (HSA) leads our medical and mental health services teams to ensure our patients in residence receive quality care that protects their rights, dignity and health. Additional duties and responsibilities may include and are not limited to: 
 Collaborate with the Medical Director, Mental Health Director and Dental services staff to set clinical priorities and provide direction for nursing services, ensure nursing staff are responsive to patients in our care. 
     Qualifications Experience / Requirements / Qualifications 
 Physical Capabilities: Must have the ability to stand for long periods, lift and move patients (up to 50 pounds), bend, squat, reach, push, pull, walk significant distances, and perform physically demanding tasks like CPR, all while maintaining good balance and endurance throughout a shift.
