It is not available for remote opportunity.*Job Overview The Sr Category Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to achieve significant initial cost reductions while maintaining/improving product quality and supplier service levels. Responsible for strategic category management, supplier negotiations, contracts, and ongoing supplier management in designated areas. Coordinates with IT, Accounting/Finance, Engineering and Operations, Insurance Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, and Legal organizations to execute on business initiatives. This role works closely with key stakeholders, primarily in the Field Services organization, to develop effective cost reduction strategies and implementation plans. Primary responsibility is to utilize industry best practices to generate real savings while making effective supply base decisions with key stakeholders. This includes direct savings captured through consolidating company-wide purchasing volume and applying operational and commercial TCO levers to reduce cost and manage contracts with suppliers. This position will be responsible for a significant amount in annual spend, and will manage and execute complex contracts with OEMs and large strategic partners. Job Responsibilities:

 Travel: Overland Park, KS Compensation Range: $121,600 - $164,600 Frisco, TX Compensation Range: $129,100 - $174,700 Downers Grove, IL Compensation Range: $134,000 - $181,400 Base Pay Range: $111,700 - $201,600 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
