Infrastructure Services and Management Technician

Job Description

Develops and implements Information Systems applications. Implements solutions related to software, services, tools and automation and works towards service improvement.

Job Responsibility

• Implements and maintains system applications.
• Utilizes standard project planning methodologies and knowledge of existing and planned applications.
• Assists in file/screen building, report writing and maintaining master files, profiles and forms.
• Implements specifications to support the design of new or modified applications.
• Complies with the current environment's system policies in order to meet Information Services and user expectations.
• Aids onsite installation activities in support of technology service delivery for assigned sites.
• Assists in conducting client training to technical and non-technical staff on various applications.

Job Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
