JOB DESCRIPTION

Northwest Bank is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, social media, content creation, market research, and brand strategy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

* Create and schedule content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.

* Help design promotional materials and internal communications.

* Support event planning and community outreach initiatives.

* Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, and Customer Experience.
