About the job

Administer necessary product requirements to maintain consistent account control of clients using FIS software products and ensure the quality and utilization of FIS software products satisfies client needs.

What you will be doing

  • Responding to client tickets via email and ticketing system.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues

  • Troubleshooting technical and functional issues.

  • Reviewing application logs and debugging issues.

  • Reading and interpreting Python code to assist in issue resolution.

  • Replicating client-reported issues in a mirrored environment.

  • Collaborating with internal teams.

  • Providing in-depth product support and documenting recurring technical issues.

What you bring

  • Background in finance, trading, or securities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with Python (bonus).

  • Prior experience in a client-facing support role preferred.
