A Taste of What You'll Do GALLO is seeking a Market Development Manager-Control to grow sale and distribution of our spirits and wine brands in on-premise accounts. You will partner with broker teams and work independently to expand presence in luxury, craft, and resort accounts by executing strategic monthly plans, coaching reps and district managers, and driving penetration and rate-of-sale targets. Your day-to-day will blend field selling, training, and market intelligence - identifying pricing and competitive opportunities, reallocating effort to the highest-impact accounts, and using tools like Account 360 to monitor performance and prioritize action. We're looking for a motivated, adaptable professional who makes data-informed decisions, inspires broker teams, and builds strong relationships with accounts, distributors, and cross-functional partners. You'll support activation of local shopper and digital marketing, commercialize consumer events, control expenses responsibly, and represent GALLO in your community. An entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication, and comfortable travel are essential. You'll also ensure on-premise pricing aligns with brand guidance and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards.
