Where you'll be:

This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be a key contributor to the growth of Electrolux's aftermarket business, with a focus on B2B retail and distribution channels. You'll serve as a customer advocate and collaborate across departments to ensure exceptional service delivery. This role requires strong analytical thinking, a proactive mindset, and the ability to solve problems creatively. Success in this position depends on being adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement, while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute customer orders and requests accurately and on time

  • Analyze performance data to identify root causes and lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce compliance penalties

  • Maintain accurate customer data in ERP systems to support seamless order fulfillment

  • Manage operational and analytical processes for assigned customer teams

  • Collaborate with Finance and AR teams to oversee credit lines, past dues, and credit holds

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Service, IT, Legal) to support business goals

  • Identify and implement solutions to operational challenges

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service

  • Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track customer performance
