What You'll Do:

As the Electronic Initiation Systems (EIS) Director, you will lead efforts to support and convert electronic product trials at strategic accounts, focusing on key solutions such as DigiShot, DigiShot Plus, BlastWeb, and DriftShot. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all EIS product trials are executed with a clearly defined and compelling value proposition. This role emphasizes delivering measurable customer value through effective project management, and the development of case studies from key accounts. You will oversee the creation of comprehensive marketing materials and ensure sales teams are fully trained to leverage these resources.

  • Provide product support to new and current customers and ensure proper training is achieved

  • Support sales conversions and installation of underground networks (Blastweb)

  • Validate and Prove the value propositions that are linked to product strategies

  • Development of case studies for market segments for electronics and other Dyno Nobel products.

  • Report on sales conversions and projects

  • Provide data to Marketing to assist in the development of marketing materials and technical bulletins for any underground case studies

  • Key participation in the Electronics business team

  • Participate with other Product Managers, Industry Sales on key strategies ensuring alignment

  • Recommendations for product improvements from field visits, sales and customer interfaces

  • Always representing the "voice of the customer"

  • Train and lead sales and technical teams, end user customers and internal blasters on electronics products and underground value propositions

  • Provide technical support and assistance to distributors, WOs channels and end users for customer application or product issues in field and phone support

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related engineering or business discipline/ equivalent work experience

  • 10+ years Product Experience, Project Management; Electrical Engineering or aptitude

  • Proven Safety Leader that promotes a safety culture. Proven People leadership. Making strategic decisions and manages multiple areas. Ability to make decision on logistics, training, support pricing and marketing initiatives.

  • Solid understanding of product characteristics, applications, electronic initiation systems, equipment specification and Surface and UG mining methods

  • AP capability, and computer literacy in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Ability to deliver quality presentations

  • Ability to influence decision makers

  • Knowledge of markets where products are sold

  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Ability to manage and direct team of field application experts
