Starting Pay- $43.47 - $54.34

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field
  • A minimum of three years of human resources employment or generalist experience preferred
  • A strong working understanding of applicable laws and regulations regarding employment and EEO/AA matters
  • Ability to multi-task and meet established guidelines
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including Word, Excel, and HRIS system
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels, both orally and in writing


Job Responsibilities:



  • Manages requisitions, postings, and applications in the HRIS system.
  • Conducts sourcing and screening of candidates for open positions.
  • Conducts and facilitates employment interviews.
  • Facilitates the employee selection process and offers of employment.
  • Ensures the thorough and accurate completion of the new employee enrollment process, including references, background checks, DHS background studies, pre-employment health screens and drug tests, and employment related documents such as I-9's.
  • Organizes and delivers OMC's new employee orientation program.
  • Supports and coordinates with OMC's onboarding initiatives.
  • Oversees the maintenance of OMC's job descriptions.
  • Completes and files EEO/AA reports; monitors plan implementation and recommends responses.
  • Serves as a backup to the Employee Relations Coordinator, providing support in employee relations matters, including conducting workplace investigations, gathering documentation, and assisting with resolution processes as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
