Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) is seeking a Senior Financial Operations Specialist to provide expert analytical and advisory support to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) for Personnel and Readiness. This position plays a key role in advancing financial management and policy development initiatives that align with the Department of Defense's mission and national security objectives. Through strategic insight and data-driven analysis, this work supports the optimization of financial operations, enhances decision-making processes, and contributes to the effective stewardship of defense resources within a dynamic and mission-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
o Enterprise-wide resource management and Program/Budget formulation for P&R or other federal agencies. o Supporting the development and oversight of policies and programs to ensure the readiness of military or civilian federal personnel o Development and oversight of policies and programs related to talent management of military and civilian workforces o Programs for military or civilian members, retirees and/or survivors for P&R or other federal agencies. o Medically-related readiness for DoD or other federal agency policies, programs, and activities o Sexual Assault Prevention, deterrence of drug abuse/misuse, suicide prevention o Financial Management and Oracle system expertise and agile development of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
