Overview What You Will Do As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support day-to-day HR operations with a focus on benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. You'll work closely with employees, managers, and HR leadership to resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure consistent, positive employee experience across all locations. A Typical Day at Prime Controls Support and coordinate employee relations matters, including intake, documentation, follow-up, and partnering with the HR Manager on case resolution
